ORDER & SHIPPING TERMS — PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
Shipping Timeline
Estimated arrival: 7–14 days after dispatch, depending on courier performance and customs clearance.
Dispatch may take longer if the breeder/seller decides to allow the plant's leaves to fully harden or stabilize before shipping to ensure better condition upon arrival.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Plant Condition & Acclimation
Plants are living organisms. International shipping may cause temporary stress, and every plant responds differently.
Normal post-shipping conditions may include:
-Yellowing or dropping leaves
-Wilting or dehydration
-Root disturbance
-Minor cosmetic blemishes, transit marks, or mechanical damage
-Temporary slowed growth
These are considered normal shipping and acclimation responses and are not grounds for refunds or replacements.
We strongly recommend allowing your plant sufficient time to acclimate before judging its condition.
Shipping & Packing
-International Shipping
International shipping fees are typically RM30–RM50, depending on plant size & weight.
-Domestic Shipping (ArfPlants to You)
Shipping within Malaysia from ArfPlants to your address is RM15–RM30, depending on parcel size.
Self-pickup from ArfPlants is free.
Every plant is packed carefully using proven packing methods. As active collectors ourselves, we understand how important proper packing is.
We only source plants from trusted breeders and sellers with whom we have previously purchased and have consistently demonstrated reliable plant quality and packing standards.
Risk & Liability
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:
-Live plants carry inherent shipping and import risks.
-We are not responsible for delays, courier mishandling, customs inspections, confiscation, import restrictions, or losses occurring after the parcel has been dispatched.
-No refunds, replacements, cancellations, or compensation will be provided for shipping-related issues beyond our control.
-Please order only if you are comfortable with the nature of importing and acclimating live plants.
Orders & Payments
-Full payment is required to confirm your order.
-Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made and the sourcing process has begun.
-Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
